Beef Curry

This recipe is taken from River Cottage Baby & Toddler Book by Nikki Duffy and I’ve been making it since my twins were weaning - it is so good I serve it for dinner parties too! The only changes I do is use chuck steak/rump tail instead of lamb and cook in the oven at 130C fan for 2.5-3 hours until the meat falls away easily. There is plenty to freeze for another meal too. Serve with rice (or another carb your child likes) and some kind of naan/pitta bread to mop up the tasty sauce. You will not be disappointed with this one!
